At Cornerstone Healthcare Services, we offer a variety of home care services to help adults, children, and elderly persons with conditions or handicaps. We combine care expertise with compassion to lift the lives of others. We provide housing services to Minnesotan adults on Medicare who are at risk for homelessness or experiencing it.

Programs broadly available to individuals with disabilities in general that provide vocational assessment, job development, job training, job placement, specialized job situations and/or other supportive services that help people with disabilities prepare for, find and retain paid employment. Many of these services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and eating as well as light household chores, household management, social activities and community engagement. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision.
